Fees paid for transfers are non-refundable once processing has begun.

Content

You are solely responsible for all content stored, transmitted, or made available through your services.

Content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, malicious, or violates applicable laws or policies is strictly prohibited.

Compliance with Applicable Law

You agree to comply with all applicable Nigerian laws, regulations, and international laws related to your use of our services.

Ninovahost reserves the right to suspend services to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

Billing and Payment Information

7. Invoice Disputes

   Invoice disputes must be raised within seven (7) days of issuance.

Money-Back Guarantee and Refund Policy

1. Refunds are subject to the specific service terms and eligibility criteria.

2. Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable.

3. Abuse or policy violations void any refund eligibility.

Resource Usage

Excessive resource usage that affects system stability may result in service limitation or suspension.

Uptime Guarantee

Ninovahost aims to provide high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability

Ninovahost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

Arbitration

Any disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian law, with courts located in Nigeria having jurisdiction.
